"Ordered a case for a Galaxy S7 but ordered the S7 Edge instead (my fault, I know). Now I can't return it and Customer Service does not respond. As others have mentioned, this is a cheap rubber case with cheap stickers applied. Delayed shipping. Poor quality. Poor Customer Service. Buyer Beware. Enough said."

"Very slow and expensive shipping. Ordered on 12/17 and finally received it 01/09 for a product supposedly 'in stock'. Likely this is a shell retailer. Several inquiries (email) and also slow to respond, if at all. One email on 12/22 said the order 'had been ordered and shipped'. Actual postmark on the package was 1/07 and drop shipped from another company. Avoid."

"Didn't have basic RG6 compression connectors in stock which is a basic consumable item in the cable industry even though the web site didn't specify out-of-stock. Order got 'lost' in the warehouse even though the credit card was charged. Emails were missed and had to call to resolve issue. Overall took 28 days from date of charge to date of refund. (Also dba Power Wholsales Management which tells me Broadband isn't their real business). Avoid."

"Frankly, I was very surprised by the other ratings. These guys get it. Follow-up is correct, stock staus accuarate, shipping is very fast. I've order from these folks 5 times in the last 2 months and every order was perfect and fast. This is my prefered vendor for security products. Some of the items may cost a little more but after you figure in the hassle-factor, delays, shipping costs these guys win hands down."

"ISS raised price after item was ordered by $70. The site didn't show the stock was out of stock and they already charged my credit card. Very long shipping delays and expensive on top of that ($16 for a part measuring 9"x6"x3"). Avoid unless the price is really, really worth it, you have time to wait, and you don't mind having your credit card charged weeks in advance."

"Extremely high priced; product and shipping. Minimum order is $19. The cable I needed was never in stock despite being told "it will be in at the end of the week". Shipping for a 13" cable and a 4" speaker was $22.12. Credit Card was charged right away even though the product was not in stock. Took 5 weeks to finally get a refund. Avoid."
