"This order was originally placed in October 30, 2006. I went back and forth with Lord John's for months being repeatedly told that the shoes were on backorder. I started calling Birkenstock USA who told me that only Lord John's could tell me anything about the shoes. Finally Birkenstock said by email that the shoes would be shipped the end of Nov. then Dec. Never happened. Again I called and emailed Lord John's who told me to call Birkenstock. Birkenstock USA was horrible, giving different information many times. I called Lord John's this morning 2/13/07 to find out Lord John's cancelled my order because Birkenstock said I canceled my order with them. I never did! I asked Lord John's why they did not check with me to see if I wanted to cancel and they said they did not have to...they just took the word of Birkenstock? I cancelled my business with both parties. Disgusting treatment."
