"Placed an order and never received it. Emailed several times to find out what went wrong with the order and the response I got was "Get lost!" I called to see who was running such a non-professional business and some guy named Tony got on the phone and actually threatened me with physical violence. Told me to come to San Francisco so he can rib my 'f-ing' head off."
