Incorrect parts discription, and missing parts
"Ordered a fuel filter for a Can Am Spyder. The description states that it comes with the 2 clamps and filter. Didn't receive the clamps with the filter. Called and Customer Service, they stated that the new upgraded fuel filter no longer came with the clamps yet the fuel filter has the same P/N (upgraded...huh?) . He even stated that he was looking at the Can Am site and stated that the clamps didn't come with the filter. I was looking at the Can Am site as well, and it specifically stated that the clamps come with the fuel filter, P/N# 709000100, even stated on the web sites description (Fuel Filter Includes 11 to 12 709000100) $16.99). He stated I could buy them and he would waive the shipping charge...that was mighty nice of him, when I actually paid for them already. Have ordered several $$$$ in the past on several different bikes I won. Never again, there are several places that ship to me quicker and don't have a BS excuse as to why the parts weren't included in the order, when it even stated on both web sites CheapCycle Parts and Can Am's. I guess you can call it a $20 lesson learned. Buyer be ware!!!"
