"Customer service is exceptionally poor. E-mail responses said to call customer service. Customer service hours were unfriendly. Once reached (two hold times totalled almost 50 minutes), customer service was not even sure my order was processed. Buried in their "terms and conditions" are rules regarding ground shipment acceptable delivery windows (10-14 BUSINESS DAYS)ans also exorbitant fees for cancelling or returning. An absolute joke of a company. They have low prices...but let me tell you...you DO PAY!"
