"I am very dissatisfied with SimplyGlobo. I ordered an air mattress a week ago on the SimplyGlobo website, and each time I check my order it says "Processing." An email that I sent yesterday has gone unanswered and the phone number that they have on their website is apparently not useful for resolving issues of my sort. The kind lady who talked with me on the phone was the one who directed me to email the company.
I am hoping that someone from Simply Globo will contact me soon so that I can figure out my next steps. I am disenchanted at this point, but the product looks like exactly what I want.
UPDATE: When I emailed the company, it only took a day for the mattress to ship. The customer service was outstanding, and the product is everything I expected. I am extremely satisfied with the resolution to my issue. I just won't be ordering from the company website again."
