"I was a little disappointed at having to telephone them several days after placing an online order for two items and seeing no shipping information followup. I telephoned twice during mid-morning with no answer and requested a callback but got none. I finally emailed and later in the day received an apologetic response saying the order hadn't shipped because one item was out of stock. However, I was promised that it would be in the following Monday and they would ship it the same day. They did because my granddaughter got her gifts the very next day...three days after her birthday. And she loved them."
