"Neither part was specifically engineered for my model even though advertised as such. Flame cover just sorta 'floats' over the burners but can be lived with. The grill insert is too wide for this model and now rests, tilted, over the burners. I have yet to use it, but think it will work anyway. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement but it is what it is & I'll live with it. I won't, however, order from here again or recommend this seller. Two-star rating is generous."

Posted Mar-19-2015We were very concerned to see your review because we make every effort to list the correct parts for your model. We did a little research and found that in the last 5 months, we have had 8 customers order the heat plate or cooking grid you ordered, for the exact same model number you have. We have had zero problems, complaints or returns for any of these customers. We believe that the parts listed are correct, and that your grill has warped, causing the imperfect fit. It is not an uncommon occurrence, especially for less expensive grills because they tend to be made from thinner sheet metal. We wish you had called us so we could explain the situation to you, and possibly avoid your generous rating of 2 stars, but you say that you will live with it, so hopefully the parts will function sufficiently in your grill. When you decide to replace it, please keep us in mind. We carry high-quality, USA-made gas grills that will not warp when they get hot. Thank you.
