"Horrible service. Ordered code 1 week before leaving for travel. Emailed them almost every day asking them where my code was, each time response was "Sorry, the code is coming, please wait".
Finally a few hours before having to leave (and 7 days after initial order) i asked for a refund. I bought the unlock code from someone else. Magically 2 hours after asking for a refund, they get me my code. After I already asked for a refund and bought it from somewhere else.
Then when I still insisted on a refund, they complained about how they had to order the code from a second database and already lost money on me.
A joke of a company, terrible service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM."
