"I received my Dell laptop which was preloaded with everything they promised. The laptop was in nice shape and I've had it for a few months now with no problems. It saved me a ton of money and I am very pleased. They did not send the correct charger with the laptop but I didn't even bother to exchange it because I had a few other ones that worked laying around. The shipping was speedy too."
