"After over a week of ordering samples, the tracking number I was given stated not yet shipped for 4 days. I call customer service and they tell me they don't know why they didn't ship. So they offered to overnight the samples. 3 days later, still no samples. They company tells me they have no info on anyone telling me they would be reshipped. They offered to reorder again and I informed them if would be too late for our house build since the product takes at least 2 weeks for delivery. The rep didn't seem real bothered about losing my business. After reading other reveiws on other sites for BuildDirect, I can say I'm thankful I didn't order everything through them."
