Return Policy is a Joke
"I really like the companies product, with that being said, however, their basically no return policy is too stringent. People are spending enough money that they should be able to return and or exchange easier. Everything pretty much on the website is marked “special order” aka you pretty much can’t return it without losing a lot of money. Too bad. They used to be my go to. Now I won’t shop there again."
