"AWFUL! Ordered 12/20. Site says brand new. I called 12/30. They claimed it shipped on 12/27 which is a WEEK later. I called again on 1/7 because it still hadn't arrived and asked for a tracking number which they wouldn't provide via e-mail. Man said it would arrive on 1/11, which is TWO WEEKS after it had supposedly shipped. I received it 1/14 finally, and it is NOT NEW. The housing is scuffed and the screen is cracked! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!"
