"I purchased an item that was in stock and a pre-order item. The in-stock item arrived very quickly, however the pre-ordered item did not arrive within the 6-8 weeks as stated on my invoice. I asked for a refund after 10 weeks of waiting, but have not heard from Creative Contrast yet as to whether they issued my refund. I am disappointed in the slow response time of my request."
