"Finish on all products is excellent. Could possibly have been packaged more securely, blocks came loose in their cardboard boxes. If importing be aware if value is greater than ~US$200 you will get charged 20% or so of the final amount you paid in import tax (in Australia at least). Have yet to test because it came with only one plastic washer for my TDX waterblock. I will post another rating when I have found washers that fit. I wouldn't pay for fedex priority if you live outside of US as it takes about 5 business days vs the 6 for express.
Update: a total of 7 washers (5 small 2 big) missing from TDX kit along with 2 of the required nuts for mounting. Went to the local hardware store they don't have any similar plastic washers (what is this world coming to). Sent an e-mail regarding this to dangerden, from an isp address so their spam filtering shouldn't block it. I paid US$90 for Fedex priority shipping that took 5 days because it was urgent. Essentially I'm left waiting with a useless US$400 watercooling kit. I want them to refund my shipping, it is directly their fault that I can't use the products I ordered so I may as well not have gotten them. You can contact other users on this thing, so if any of you disagree with what I feel I'm entitled to let me know if you can, with justifiable reasons.
Update: 1 day gone past with no response from Danger den. I'll keep updating each day until they resolve the issue so you get an idea of my frustration and their efficiency.
Updated: After reading through all the reviews for DD on here it appears they only respond to very dissatisfied, although I'm bordering on it, the only thing I'm really very dissatisfied with is their negligence. I'm changing my rating to very dissatisfied in the hope of getting a reply.
Update: Got an e-mail saying they'll send me a new hold-down packet for the TDX. It was in response to my first e-mail when I thought only washers were missing. As such they haven't addressed my question of shipping.
Update: 3rd day of no response. I also noticed (since I fabricated my own solution to the mounting of the TDX) that the screw holes on the radiators don't suit hdd screws, cd-rom screws or fan screws... wtf? I had to use some thumbscrews that came with my case and tap them into the radiator and use them with the fans, it works very well but still, why not include the 4 screws you expect customers to use with each radiator?
Danger Den responded! nice to see, they have yet to address the issue of no screws included with the radiator which I think wasn't a mistake but more a limitation of their product. Also they misinterpreted my concern regarding shipping, I paid a large amount for quick shipping, now I'm waiting for the missing parts to ship. The parts that DID arrive arrived quickly (5 days) but I'll probably end up having waited considerably longer than the cheaper shipping method would have taken. THIS is why I want my shipping refunded for the initial order.

Danger Den have gone well and above the call of duty and beyond what I have experienced in the past when things don't go according to plan. Refunded the difference in shipping, and have sent me a new mounting kit for my TDX. They also responded within a *reasonable* time. Amazed with the performance of the products they provide.
Without the emotional aspect affecting my perspective of the whole experience I've updated my rating of my experience dealing with them accordingly."
