"I was very pleased with my purchasing experience at the Nature Store. I ordered my butterfly kit and received it the very next day. In order to get the larvae for my kit, a certificate had to be mailed to Insect Lore. The Nature Store staff took the extra step and faxed the certificate right away so that I could receive it by the 18th. On Friday, the 14th, I still had not received my larvae. I called Insect Lore and they advised me that it was sent first class and that I should receive it by the 16th or the 17th. On Monday night, the 16th, I became very worried since I had not received my package and I had a lesson to present the next day on butterflies. I emailed the Nature Store and Joan called me and advised me that she had a jar of five larvae and that she was willing to meet me half-way so that I could have them. What a life-saver she was. She truly went out of her way to make sure I had the larvae for my lesson. I drove to the Nature Store site and I was so happy to meet to lovely ladies who really care about their customers. I am so thankful to them. The lesson that I presented in front of my peers at grad school was a success. I couldn't have done it without Joan and Brenda. Thank you so much!"
