"I received a timely email (the day after my order) telling me that the item is back ordered. However, I have not heard from them since (9 days ago,) and only found out today, because I called them, that they expect shipment on 9/4 and will ship that day or the next. The cust, serv. rep also told me that I'll get an email when it is shipped with tracking info. If I don't hear from them on 9/4 or 9/5, I will be extremely dissatisfied."
