Free returns a sham!!!
"I ordered a power washer nozzle in November for a Christmas gift for my husband. He decided in March it was not adequate so I have been trying to return it ever since. I have asked 3 times for a FEDEX label from them. Each time I am assured they will send it. Never shows up. I am going to junk the thing and NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN."
