"Purchased a stereo on 9/28. At first things looked fine as i immediately got an order confirmation and was charged the next day. But the days passed and no further contact and their website showed no further account activity. I emailed them and the only response i got was "It has shipped". I emailed back looking for a tracking#, and i got "there is no number available". Who doesn't have a tracking#????
I begin to suspect being frauded but was still patient and waited even longer. WEEKS go by and no stereo and no response to my email!!! So i called my CC company gave them the whole story and had them do a chargeback. I just got my money back after this SIX WEEK ordeal. Their website is down now, but beware if they ever come back and stay AWAY!"
