Shipping gone wrong.
"Had used Refill Bay in the past with decent results. This time I purchased ink on a Thursday and was told it would arrive in 2-5 days. I called today and was told my order had not been processed but it will be shipped today. I initial question was, "Why wasn't it processed?". I was told because it takes 2-5 days to process then it would be shipped. Not pleased at all and will be taking my business elsewhere."
