"I ordered a Garmin Rino charger and battery pack. PGS4US.com showed that the products were in stock. The same day I placed the order I received an email that said the order was scheduled for delivery and that the expected delivery time would be 3-5 days. My credit card was then charged for the amount of the order. So far so good.
After 10 days the products weren't delivered and the USPS tracking number still said, "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS." I know 10 days is not that long for a product to be shipped, however, the expectation was set by GPS4US.com, not me.
I called and sent an email inquiring about the order. A day later I received an email from GPS4US.com that they "just received a word from our supplier that chargers are in stock and available for immediate shipping, but battery packs are on a back order till October 7th." If the charges are available for immediate shipping then why hasn't it been shipped?
The issues I have is first, if you don't have the products on hand or readily available to be shipped, then don't show them as in stock. Second, don't charge my credit card until the products are actually shipped."
