"all the other reviews are correct about this company. They have links for contact email, but it is blank when you click on it. They do not want to you to know who they are because they are crooks. Ordered an averatec 3715-ed1r notebook and 3 year extended warranty with next day shipping over memorial day weekend. I got it thursday that week. Granted it came fedex overnight, it was longer than it should have been for what i paid. Never recieved any warranty information. Fortuantly the laptop works with no external flaws whatsoever. Price was the same as Staples open-box at one of thier stores. I should have bought that one and not wasted my time with this company. Refurbdepot should be avoided until they can prove where they are located and actually appear to be a reputable company. Today my order status says shipped and processing. No tracking number was ever recieved. I emailed them about my warranty, no reponse. Thankfully averatec is a decent company."
