"Honestly the worst experience I've ever had ordering on line. I paid for priority shipping - and it took 3 weeks to even ship out and was shipped out in multiple packages!! I had to get priority shipping because these were wedding gifts for my mom. Then once I got the package it was completely wrong and missing items. Their ring sizing is WAY off, I ordered a size up from what I normally wear so I could wear it on my pointer finger - it wouldn't even fit my pinky. One of my packages was returned to sender halfway in transit for some reason, and I still haven't been refunded for that package... its been 3 weeks. They take 5-5 business days to even acknowledge an email and then they still don't resolve the issues that you're trying to address. They're not very polite or concerned either. I will never order from here again."
