"I needed some small items (beret, medal, goggles) for a costume party, and placed an order. Shortly after this, I received an automated confirmation email that the items had been shipped via UKRPost. When I tried the included tracking link, however, I got a message indicating I had used an "incorrect identifier." This continued for several days.
I then contacted the seller, who said it would arrive in "about two weeks". I needed it by a deadline, though, so I pressed (politely) for a tracking number. The seller then supplied a different (and correct) tracking number. When I checked the shipping status, the information indicated that the package had *actually* been shipped a FULL WEEK after I had received the initial shipping confirmation email. After I complained, the seller expressed regret, and promised to check with the postal service to see what had happened, and I never heard from them again.
So, I paid $30 in shipping, and the items did not arrive in time for my event.
When they did arrive, they were as promised (and pretty great, actually)."
