"Stay far away from these crooks. The training and support is terrible. The sales manager Shai is a rude and arrogant brute. They offer no help but will take your money quickly. I received several rude emails from this guy offering rudeness and arrogance instead of any help or advice. The customer support agents who work for them have no idea what they are talking about either. They will openly admit that they don't know anything about dropshipping yet that's who you are supposed to be able to ask questions when you have them in regards to the software. They are one of the most expensive dropshipping software on the market yet have the poorest level of service. They take almost 12 hours or more to answer any questions in chat support. I tested this several times during the 14 day trial period. There sales manager by the name of Shai is the rudest, most arrogant **** that I had to deal with over there. He'll usually email you back about 24 hours or more when you try to contact them for support. There response time is extremely slow, showing there care for there customers. I have used DSM tool over a year and considered switching to salefreaks after hearing about them on Youtube. I'm glad I didn't switch because it would've been a terrible mistake."
