still waiting for product after they added 300 to order
"I ordered some blankets from inkhead and spoke with a representative who told me that there could be a small extra cost for the embroidery.... this was news to me because i had already put in the order and it never told me that this was possible - i already paid a pretty high fee.
after a week or so, i get an email saying that inkhead is waiting for my approval on extra fees - $300 of extra fees. I emailed inkhead three times and never got a response. A week later they emailed me again saying they were waiting for the 300, so i just paid. Another week later i get an email from an inkhead representative saying there could be an additional charge due to the manufacturer. I was shocked - not only that there could be an additional charge, but the fact they havent been shipped yet.
I have been working in marketing for 11 years, ive never had an issue like this with any vendor. Its completely unacceptable. I still have not received and response to my emails from inkhead asking if my order has shipped."
