Horrible customer service
"I ordered a stick on saturday 11/2, it's been over 9 days and still the stick has not been sent out. I spoke with several customer service reps and none could give me any information other then they changed ordering software so things are backed up , I asked to speak with a manager and was told that there are no managers to over see the customer service reps. I was told I would have to leave my phone number so a manager could call me back at a later date. I spent over 300 dollars on the stick for which my credit card was charged immediately the next day but still 9 days later I have no idea when it will ship. This will be the last time I ever use hockey monkey for any product. If you need a product do yourself a favor and buy it from Pure Hockey because dealing with hockey monkey is a waste of time and money and please spread the word to friends in the hockey community to shop else where"
