"I ordered tickets for a Chicago Cubs game in February (first day of sale) for an August game. The problem was that I never received the tickets. I waited for them to arrive as I do not know the when they would arrive. A month or weeks before the game? I got a little concerned with several days leading to game day so I called customer service. I told them I never received the tickets and I asked if they could send tehem out again. Apparently, if you order tickets for US Mail delivery, the tickets are not guaranteed at all. They would only guarantee the tickets if the higher option (FedEx) was chosen during checkout. How the heck is the customer supposed to know?! Also, does anyone have time to read any 'tiny fine print' when they put a time limit on you when you purchase the tickets?
The only method they gave me was the 'Will Call' method. Since I had plans to sell them, this did not help me at all. Who's going to believe that I have will call tickets if I try to sell them online?
Will not be buying any tickets from them again."
