My laptop came shipped with a tiny fracture in the screen I didn't notice for about a day. Once I did, I tried calling them and was on hold for 45 minutes before their system errored and told me to call back. That's after I finally got to somewhere I could even hold. Option 1 for exchanges and returns just looped me over and over. So I tried chat. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to join the chat and when they did, responses took 5 minutes between each communication. I finally gave up and just decided to keep the darn thing, but knowing I would never buy from them again. Learned my lesson"
