"We received an item 3 weeks after ordering it online.
The item we received was not what we ordered.
I spoke to a couple employees and they asked me to email a picture of the label on the box so they could confirm that indeed it was the wrong item. I emailed it over a week ago and I have not heard back from them.
I have since started a dispute with my credit card company as after a month now I still do not have the DVR I ordered.653422"
