"I made our first order for over 500 pens in two different orders. I ordered online and I did check multi colored. When I opened both orders, it's one boring color! I called and they tracked my online order and said I clicked taupe only. I said I did not and I was sure of it... Who would want one color only for giveaways? I asked the rep if they do a courtesy of calling abt online orders for confirmation. He said no, unless customers call. Won't they lose out on that? I know one doesn't have to pay until they receive the order as another rep told me. I wasn't going to pay right away but I needed the expense recorded for November. Someone can put in a bogus order and they would lose out. If they called me to confirm abt my order, then it would be correct and I would be happy and we would be repeat customers... I guess we won't be."
