"I ordered a HTPC case and a HDTV tuner from PC alchemy on a weekend, and a day later I received a call from a representative saying that the case shipment encountered an error on the manufacturer's end and promptly refunded my money. There was also a coupon for the HDTV tuner that was not processed correctly, after I sent an email to their sales dept, I received a reply in just two hours fixing the problem. Some of the best service I've dealt with from both a e-tailer and a brick-and-mortar store in a long time. Highly recommended!"
