"I bought the Cuisinart WCH-950 CleanWater Countertop Filtration System [CA WCH-950] for $141.55 from Beverage Factory. Price was great and shipping was free. Received order within 2 days. Would buy from this seller again. Box was unopened and everything came with the item. Very satisfied."

"I purchased a Sony HDR-SR11 60GB Hard Drive HD Camcorder from J&R for $679 with free shipping. I noticed that immediately after I submitted my ordered their online add showed this camcorder as out of stock. I called in the next day and spoke with a customer service representative to find out if my order was being processed, I was told that it was showing on their computer that they were low in stock but to call in two days to get more details. After two days had passed, I emailed J&R to get a status on my order. I received an email the next day and was told that my order wouild be shipped within 24 hours which it did. I received my new video camera in a couple days. When I opened the box, I noticed that the SONY seal was intact so I though everything would be great. To my surprise, I noticed that there was already a second seal underneath the top seal that was already tampered with. I opened the item and inspected everything inside. No sign of camcorder being used, so I decided to fully test and make sure that it worked properly. Everything worked great which made me feel better. I decided to keep this item, because it works properly and the camcorder looks absolutely new. However, the seal incident is a little disturbing. I understand that if an item is new but not factory sealed, we as customers should be informed of this. Out of all, I am satisfied with the way J&R handled my order and the item I received."
