"I ordered blank CD media and was shipped incorrect product. Got RMA # and returned product for replacement. Received reship product and again is incorrect product. they shipped the same incorrect product as the first time. I have requested an RMA # and shipping label again. Waiting for response. It has been 6 weeks since I placed the original order. It is very frustrating, particularly when you need the product."
