Lost package during delivery and never received a refund
"My package was worth over $100. It was lost in the mail, but Ali customer service said they needed documentation for a refund. I contacted USPS and went down there several times. I ended up requesting a letter from USPS stating that the package was lost, and Ali customer service STILL refused a refund!"
