"Bought a XENA motorcycle disk lock received product within the week. Brand new product, after opening and putting everything in order found it had defective battery after some troubleshooting. Contact seller the next day and received a very fast response and they offered to send a replacement battery and received that fast too. Satisfied as a customer and I would recommend to friends and would return to shop here again.
