"I purchased a Sciphone i68 4G on the 12 August and it didn't arrive until 4 weeks later. It was well packed and new, but did not read any SIM card, so the issue was raised with VKAmobi Support. I was told to return the unit and is would be replace with a new unit, but it cost me a further US$36.00 for the registered postage. I received a unit back after another 3 weeks which was not packed properly, it was obviously not new and the screen was cracked. At the moment i am not getting any replies to my Emails. Because of the delay's I cannot now raise a dispute with Paypal, but I feel that Ebay should be made aware of this merchant - BEWARE and don't get caught the same way!!!"
