"I am the Director of Sales for a computer company that wanted to buy some products from Barcode Planet. Our original order comprised of three pieces of equipment. When we received the first order it was incorrect with one of the pieces being completely the wrong model. When we requested the new model they sent it 3 days later and did not include the proper cables. After another phone call we received the correct cable 3 days later and were then able to piece together all the equipment. Finally, when we received the last piece of equipment it arrived in a broken and damaged box that was taped over to hide the damage. When this piece of equipment was hooked up it was in operational. The third phone call was made requesting the right product sent the next day. The response was….. “the product you are requesting has reached its end of life period and we can not get you a new one for about 5 days.” That would make about 14 full days till we would receive the correct products. Oh, and by the way…. Barcode planet refused to pay for any immediate shipping to cover any of there mistakes. So, after speaking to there GM (John) he had no resolution and nothing to do to help the customer. In fact, he got aggravated that we were calling and seemed upset that we were requesting to speak to the manager. If you want Barcode Planet please make sure you have enough time to receive the right product and about double the money you want to spend on shipping"
