"I couldn't be happier with my experience with Solid Signal. There was a part on backorder but they quickly resolved and expedited my order so I would recieve it on time. I'm not a dish owner so not familiar with the setup so they contacted me to make sure I was up and running. When I mentioned I was having trouble getting my father's dish set top box to communicate with the dish they set up a time for a technician to call and troubleshoot. He called right on time and I was up and running in 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone as they really care about making sure the customer is happy and the follow up in incredible from the top down. Thanks again Solid Signal!"
