misleading advertising, terrible customer service
"Bought $300 worth of Peerless overhead ceiling mounts, the picture showed them with plastic wire covers however did not come with them, company does not respond to emails, called them for return and was going to have to pay 25% restocking fee plus ship. Merchant not recommended, stay away."
