"VERY POOR. This is the worst online transaction I have ever had. When I had placed my order the estimated shipping was 3-4 weeks. Now, after 5 weeks I ask about the shipment via Email and I get a blanket generic response. My order status shipping was changed to 1-2 weeks. Items they are selling are not in stock, and ordered on the fly. If you are planning on needing Items with in 2 month DON’T COUNT ON IT. I really would not be so upset if they would just communicate. Oh, when you make a purchase from them you are agreeing to their terms. This includes from 3-12 weeks for delivery. And if you think you can cancel your order there is a 30-50% restocking fee, and what ever money you have left you only get a credit to use in their store again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
