"Great and Friendly customer service. Unlike some other online vendors they try to push the upsale of additional lenses and batteries.. you name it. I called before hand to confirm the product was on hand and they said yes and i placed the order online.
Why is that important? I placed an online order that had boldly noted the camera was in stock after placing the order November 28th and dozens of calls. On January 12th they finally decided to tell me they would never get it in stock. Noticed we missed Christmas and New Years pictures due to poor customer service.
I placed the order online and the order shipped on the 2nd day as noted on when you place the order and with the free delivery the item arrived 4 days after shipping.
Let me also note that the price was the best on the net and I did my research! Thanks DIY MICRO."
