"I have been a customer of CDRDVDRMEDIA for over a year, and thus far have been satisfied with their product. Minus 1 single cracked unit of cd/dvd case which considering the case fulls I have purhcased from them it's not bad at all. I cannot give them a 5 for customer service because I have yet not needed to give a complaint nor communicate with a representative by phone as they make ordering online very easy so I do not know how well they handle an issue if one had arise. I assume their at least a 4 Thank you CDRDVDRMEDIA!"
