"Placed an order for a rifle scope on Saturday and received no order confirmation e-mail. Monday afternoon PDT I received a v-mail asking me to CALL them and confirm my shipping address because it is different than my billing address. I order on line because I travel internationally 200 days a year. They want me to confirm info that is correct by phone from 16 time zones away? They have no customer service available after "normal business hours". Argh!! Their normal business hours are between 11PM and 6:00 AM where I am this week. Assuming they ship Tuesday PDT (optimistic?)the delivery will miss the only opportunity I have to sight the scope in before elk season begins! Why didn't I just buy from a brick and mortor store or Cabelas or Midway, or Bass Pro Shops or ...?!!"
