fantastic service
"i sent them a link with my keys and they actually found (my unlisted kb) they said 100% match while its more of a 98% match as the bottom of the key is not clear it actually functions BETTER than my original key. and let me tell you i had a service guy james who really went WAY out of the way to help over all some of the best customer service i have ever gotten for anything. and i plan to ship any of my tech friends this direction for keys.
great company would buy again in a half second if needed.
(id like to add the product was actually better built then the original keys on kb, that cannot be fixed or change by normal means as its a laptop. and the shipping was many days Faster than they had said. )"
