Pretty Sure They're A Scam
"I used their info request form to ask about key compatibility with my laptop, since the pictures on their site didn't seem to match up to what I have. Didn't get a response for a month, so I sent an email directly, and waited yet another month. Since I needed multiple keys I figured I'd order one just to see if it would actually work. The order itself, of course, went through immediately. The only positive part of this transaction was that the order was shipped fairly quickly. But the key didn't fit, which is why I had emailed them in the first place. I sent them a follow-up to see about potential solutions and that was a month ago.
TL;DR: They're a garbage company with no customer service and likely a scam."
