"The customer service from Cellularstore.com was simply amazing. I ordered before noon, the very next day it was delivered, solid packing, factory sealed unit !
Fit was easy, owners manual very cryptic( mfg. should sub out the writing of manual) also as its a world product it comes in 7 languages) the online .pdf file was far easer to read as I could enlarge print and get better view of key details of the multi part unit.
Product construction is better than average, with the remote unit being very heavy cast metal for long outdoor life. The control " puck " mounted to helmet has several controls, that during winter with gloves may not be easy to operate. Paint used on rubber surfaces of puck seems to not be of good quality after contact with finger 2x paint flaked off :-( But unit is still useable.
Sync to wireless control (bluetooth) is not well documented and required some trial and error to set, better voice command for this function would be helpful .
FM radio and phone volume are acceptable up to about 70 mph, much past that and wind noise overpowers unit. Bluetooth audio out volume is far to low (but this could be output of iphone?).
An avid motorcycle rider for 28+ years, have tried several brands of these units during the last 8 years, this one is a little better with its integrated wireless control unit .
My main pet peeve with all these units is that none come with user serviceable battery, after x0000 charges expect to discard as cost to tear apart and service batter will exceed value of the unit.
Overall good value ($ 50) for features is good."
