went the extra mile on setup
"I ordered a system from Puget so I could run a single Linux application that required specific hardware, and was blown away by how helpful they were in the planning, purchase, and setup stages, engaging in a long email discussion of my requirements and then offering to install the software for me, to make sure it would really work on the system before shipping it! Since this was my one and only purpose for the system, it was a great relief to have this kind of reassurance before committing to buy it."
