"This company is a complete scam. They billed my credit card the day I placed the order. Never sent an email notification of the order or any status. Wouldn't answer the phone for 2 days and the voice mail is a generic answer machine a college kid would have in his dorm. When I eventually got someone on the phone they did not answer as if it were a business they just answered "hello" and then asked who is calling. That person was not helpfull in the slightest. I sent a couple of polite emails and got extremely rude emails in response and found out the product was back ordered. I asked to cancel the order, and to get a refund. I also asked why would they bill someone's credit card when a product has not shipped and they were not sure when it would ship?? That led to the "VP" (who was probably the same guy that was answering my emails) calling me and verbally abusing me on my cell phone with many profanities and then proceeded to call my home phone 6 times and my cell phone another 6 times within a half hour because I wouldn't listen to his abuse and hung up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am amazed that they remain in business because they are a scam or at a minimum - scum and criminal! I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star!!
**Update - 4/29 - Did get a refund within a day of them accepting the cancellation. Only positive thing I can say, but I do like to be fair."
