"The single worst shopping cart/e-commerce store I've ever used. Checkout options don't match the forms for ordering, the final invoice is missing tons of data, complete confusion on shipping versus billing info. Customer service representatives (while very polite) have no clue what the online store does and cannot look up any information on the orders. Their online store essentially resembles something that your uncle has setup over the weekend."

"The biggest trouble I had with this reseller was communication breakdown. Their customer service is generally friendly and will always cooperate. However, when I called sales I specifically indicated that I was on the clock and I needed the order shipped very quickly. 5 days later I called and realized that not only did the order not ship (even when I was assured it was shipping the same day), but that the parts were out of stock. A little email notifying me of this fact was all I would have needed."

"Got the memory sticks on time, the type was as advertised. Haven't tested them but they look normal. I freaked out a bit when I saw the ratings for these guys on the website, but it appears had no problems."

"Heh, these guys rock. They are the first company that shipped me combo with CPU and FAN already installed.
All the previous ones shipped them as separate pieces and with new P4 gigantic fans its somewhat of a pain to deal with all the therma pasta and all. Considering the fact that I change my CPU (and in most cases motherboard) every 3-4 months or so www.pricewatch is my prime destination. This is the first company I'm really satisfied with"
